Natural legacy
Evening Chronicle (Newcastle, England), Oct 6, 2009
WILDLIFE lovers will be asked to consider donating to charity through their will.
As part of Will for Wildlife Week, from October 19 to 25, Northumberland Wildlife Trust is highlighting the importance of protecting the region’s natural treasures for future generations.
The charity needs the public’s support to ensure a better future for nature, and legacies can make a huge difference.
The trust says donations of all sizes have helped it protect wildlife for the future on many of its 60 nature reserves.
Trust chief executive Mike Pratt said: “Making a gift to us when you write, or update, your will is a very special landscape photography way of ensuring we can continue to undertake work on our 60 reserves.”
